SABRETOOTH proudly presents their Take Me In performance video
Cape Town, South Africa
A long awaited performance video has been created by the increasingly popular Sabretooth Band. The performance video has arrived shortly after the launch of their first self-titled album. The video highlights the technical way this band take to music.
The band consists of 6 highly talented musicians with Mauri Moncada on vocals, Charles Knighton-Pullin on Guitar, Dean Bailey on Guitar, Nikolai Athiros on Keyboard, Ryan Swanich on Bass, Damian Rijkers on Drums.
The performance video demonstrates the musicians individually taking on the song titled Take Me In, and zooming in on their magic hands taking apart their various solos within the song.
The video is being released tomorrow on the Sabretooth Website and Facebook fan page www.sabretoothband.com or www.facebook.com/sabretoothband
The performance video has come at a time when the band is looking to make the next big move in the music industry in South Africa. Watch these guys – they are going to move fast!
“Sabretooth consists of six highly talented musicians from Cape Town South Africa, who love to play 80’s inspired Metal, determined to bring you a sound both visually and aurally impressive. Try keep your bottom jaw up as you witness lightning-fast guitar solos, blurry-handed keyboard playing, powerful yet groovy bass lines, heart-stopping drum patterns and powerful and catchy melodic vocal lines.”
We hope you have a slow motion option when watching this video – you will never keep up with these maniacs otherwise!

“With regards to song-writing, who is the brains of the outfit? Can you give us some info, with regards to the techniques that you find work for you.
Mauri – It goes without saying that Charles is the brains behind all the songs. But then a lot of work goes into playing everything tight and making it sound big so whether we are in studio or performing the songs live – we all play an important role in making the songs what they are and what they should sound like. When I joined the band in 2010, Sabretooth already had 80% of the music down, and my part was to come up with the melody and lyrics to most of the songs…”
